　　ANK machinery and equipment company was founded in Germany, the main R & D and production of hydraulic lifting equipment.

　　1980-1998

　　In 1982, the products designed and produced by ANK became popular among many enterprises for their exquisite workmanship, advanced technology, and remarkable performance.

　　In 1995, ANK changed its brand strategy to developing and producing forklift attachments like paper roll clamps, bale clamps, push-pull devices and pushers.

　　In 1997, ANK officially changed its name to Nnookee,set up the Asia-pacific R&D Center in China, announced to entered the Chinese market.

　　In 1998, the first Nnookee forklift attachment was tested.

　　From 2000 to present

　　In 2000, Nnookee changed its name as Sino-German Nnookee.

　　In 2006, mass production of Nnookee forklift attachment started in China, and the production technology was upgraded continuously.

　　Cooperated with a world-famous electronic group, and became its supplier of push-pull device.

　　Jinyuan Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. was set up in Shunde District of Foshan City, as the sales branch of Sino-German Nnookee in South China.

　　In 2007, Saitenuo Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd.in kunshan city became the sales branch of Sino-German Nnookee in East China.

　　Nnookee produced the first customized paper-roll clamp for the dairy industry, which represented one historic step in its customization services.

　　Became partners with several paper making groups, providing a new generation of paper-roll clamp to them.

　　In 2008, Nnookee independently researched and developed the pushers,and start mass production of push-pull devices, first stepping into the food industry.

　　In 2009, Sino-German Nnookee became the cooperative supplier for the household appliance industry.

　　Provided a new way of logistics handling to the top 10 enterprises in China’s paper-making industry, establishing and keeping the leading position in paper-making industry in China for many years.

　　In 2010,in the Shanghai Hannover Logistics Exhibition, Sino-German Nnookee launched many forklift attachments of independent patent, which gained favor of enterprises from China and abroad.

　　In 2011, Nnookee aiming at actual demand of household appliance industry, successfully developed a unique carton clamp, drawing great attention from all industries.

　　Successfully developed the first high-performance oil cylinder clamp applicable to coal mine industry, which is the first of its kind in the industry.

　　In 2012, based on the characteristics of chemical industry, Sino-German Nnookee developed the first rotating pusher, which can greatly improve the production efficiency.

　　In 2013, Sino-German Nnookee provided the logistics solutions for the soft drink industry. Through innovative products and advanced technology, Sino-German Nnookee greatly transform the way of logistics handling in soft drinks industry.

　　Nnookee push-pull devices are used by many import and export trade enterprises, greatly improving the operational efficiency of logistics at the ports.

　　In 2014, the Sino-German Nnookee offices were set up in Southwest and Northwest China.
