On the other hand, with the development of the market economy, the position and role of logistics technology in economic development have become increasingly prominent, and the popularity of forklifts has also been increasing.
Forklifts have entered various sectors of the national economy from the past single ports. Currently, the number of forklifts in China is approximately 180,000, with an actual annual potential demand of about 100,000, but the actual annual sales are only about 50,000. Thus, it can be seen that the forklift market in China is huge. Forklifts are the only type of engineering machinery suitable for both men and women. Forklift operation is simple, and the working environment is relatively safe. Most of the time, it is operated indoors. However, if you don't have a forklift certificate, even if you are very proficient, you cannot work without a certificate. When enterprises recruit forklift operators, they always strictly require a forklift certificate.
What are the "eight strict prohibitions" for forklift driving?
(1) Forklifts are prohibited from stopping at intersections.
(2) Forklifts are prohibited from suddenly turning when moving.
(3) Turning is not allowed.
(4) Two forklifts are prohibited from simultaneously handling one piece of cargo.
(5) High-speed turning is not allowed.
(6) Emergency braking is not allowed in non-emergency situations.
(7) Turning is not allowed on slopes of more than 10%.
(8) Long-distance reversing of the forklift is not allowed when working on long platforms.
What is the cause of noise when the clutch is engaged?
(1) The separation bearing is lacking oil and stuck, and the seat cover is loose;
(2) The separation lever is damaged;
(3) The separation fork is loose;
(4) The friction plate is broken or the rivets are loose and exposed;
(5) The shock spring is broken.
How is the process arrangement for forklift unloading?
(1) The forklift arrives at the work site;
(2) The foreman listens to the "first three inspections" report and confirms that it meets the construction requirements;
(3) The freight agent checks the vehicle number and goods again and confirms that it can start operation;
(4) The foreman arranges the operation plan, safety division of labor, and precautions, and announces the start of the operation.
Forklift certificate (forklift certificate) is a national special operation license issued by the State Administration of Work Safety Supervision and Management.
Certificate validity and review
N1 forklift certificate is issued by the Market Supervision Bureau (formerly the Quality Supervision Bureau) and has a validity period of 4 years. Generally, a review is required 2-3 months before the expiration of the validity period. If the review is not conducted after the expiration, it is regarded as invalid.
Forklift certificate application conditions:
1. The age should be between 18 and 60 years old;
2. There are no diseases or physiological defects that hinder the operation of the corresponding equipment;
3. Other requirements in the "Safety Technical Specifications for Special Equipment Operators - Forklift Certificate" are met.
