| The structure of electric forklifts in the sales of electric forklifts as a whole |
Electric forklifts are driven by motors, and generally, motors have rated working power. With the rise of the logistics and freight transportation industries, electric forklifts have been widely applied in the above-mentioned environments due to their simple operation and low environmental pollution. However, sometimes, influenced by the pursuit of quick and excessive profits, they may involuntarily perform some overloaded and illegal operations. Sometimes, no problems occur at the time, but it brings considerable hidden dangers to the safe operation in the future.
When an electric forklift is overloaded, the goods and the forklift will lose their stable state, making it difficult to operate.
When overloaded, the accident rate will increase significantly and there is a high possibility of personal injury or death.
3. Tires are prone to burst. When the load is too heavy, the deformation of the tires will increase, and they are very likely to burst from the thinner parts of the sidewall, which affects safety.
4. The structure of the forklift is damaged. When it is overloaded, the frame will deform and, in severe cases, break. If this continues for a long time, it will inevitably cause structural faults.
Excessive overloading can easily cause damage to various components of the forklift, leading to the forklift overturning, the goods falling and breaking, and resulting in a series of accidents such as personal injury, forklift damage and goods breakage.
6. Impact on handling: Under overweight conditions, the rotation and braking performance of forklifts will be affected to varying degrees. Due to uneven force distribution, the forklift may drift when turning or even overturn, and the braking becomes difficult to control.
