The soft package clamp is composed of equipment such as a hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic cylinder, motor, soft package clamp, and power control cabinet. When operating a soft bag clamp, we must pay attention to the operating procedures. So, what are the operating procedures for driving a soft bag clamp? The operator must be familiar with the basic performance of the equipment, understand the overall structural composition and the transmission system, etc. When loading, research the overloading and over-specification use of this equipment. Before use, it is necessary to check whether all components of the equipment are in good condition, whether the surface is clean and tidy, whether the entire hydraulic parts have been lubricated, and whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient.
Before the soft clamp starts working, first turn on the power supply, and fully open and close the soft clamp three times under no-load conditions. During the opening and closing process, check the pressure gauge to see if it indicates the ultimate pressure of 16MPa, and check whether all components of the equipment have abnormal sounds, oil leakage or other abnormal conditions. In case of any abnormal situation, we should immediately turn off the power supply and contact the maintenance workers in time for repair. When performing the soft package clamping operation, the clamping arm should first be extended to the maximum stroke. The forklift operator should cooperate to steadily place the goods we need to clamp onto the anti-theft bracket. Then, the clamping arm should be controlled to close and the goods should be clamped tightly. When we need to unload, we just need to loosen the clamping arm and gently place the goods at the transportation location.
The precautions for using the soft package clamp are as follows: Do not directly press the goods on the clamp arm, and also prevent the goods from colliding with the clamp arm of the soft package clamp. It is prohibited to drag the goods up, down, left and right when the clamping arm is not loose. When the soft package clamp is in operation, if the equipment malfunctions, we should immediately turn off the power and contact the maintenance workers in a timely manner. During the handover, we should thoroughly clean the entire equipment and ensure that the slide rails are always clean to prevent any jamming.
